This is the Privacy Policy for Haip mobile application. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our website or sending you an in-app pop-up notification). To better protect your privacy you may review the Privacy Policy whenever you access the Service to stay informed about our information practices.


Collected information is a randomly generated user number to you, your location when publishing new posts and device information such as UUID for us to easily identify unique users and reproduce data to devices in case of re-downloading the application. When you send or receive messages or content, we also collect, process and store the contents on our servers hosted by third party providers so that the content then can be viewed by others using the application.


The Services require access to your mobile device's location services and image storage applications. If you later decide to revoke your consent and prevent us from continuing to access your location and image storage applications, you can do so by either changing the settings on your device, if this settings option is provided by your device operating system, or by following the standard uninstall process and removing our services from your device. On iOS devices, you can grant or revoke your consent at any time and prevent us from continuing to access your phonebook and image storage applications by changing the settings on your device.


We only use the collected information about you to carry out the purpose it was collected for, including the possibility for you to send messages or posts to the Haip community, create social graphs and for us to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages. If you don’t allow Haip to send push notifications your device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your device.


We may share personal data in response to legal process or a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, rule, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation.


Third party providers are being used as a push notification service. Third party providers may collect personally identifiable information such as your device's Advertising Identifier, Your email address. Some or all of the following information: IP address, device push token, precise location, network information, language, timezone, product preferences, and privacy preferences. The third party provider or a data partner they have engaged may collect and store a unique identifier matched to your mobile device, in order to deliver customized ads or content while you use applications or surf the internet, or to seek to identify you in a unique manner across other devices or browsers.


No security can be guaranteed for the data transmitted and stored. Since data is stored and transmitted through the internet, it also means that any data or information also may and/or could leak to other sources. We will do our best to store and transmitted securely.


We will remove your personal data at any time if you oppose to the use of data or if we are obligated to do so by law. In case a deletion is not possible due to legal, statutory or contractual retention periods, or if it requires disproportionate efforts or prejudices your legitimate interests, the data will be made unavailable instead of deleted. You can also delete content that you have posted on Haip. Content that you have deleted will be hidden from other users. However the content may be kept by Haip longer before it is being deleted.
