By using Haip services, you are agreeing to all these terms; if you do not agree with any of these terms, do not access or otherwise use the services provided by Haip, or any information contained on the service.
The terms may be updated from time to time, the continued use of the service means that you continue to agree to the updated terms. The date since the last update of the terms is available on the top of the document. It is your responsibility to be aware of the terms every time you use the services. If you do not agree to the terms, please uninstall and stop using the services.By using Haip services you agree and acknowledge that you are 18 years old or older. If you are younger do not download and/or use the Haip mobile app or services. We obtain the rights to refuse to offer Haip as a service and may without notice or explanation suspend your use of the Haip app for any length of time. This means that you will not be able to contribute with any content (posts or comments) to the app.
As mentioned elsewhere in the document, Haip may make changes to the content available on the services at any time. Haip can change, update, add or remove provisions of these Terms, at any time. By using the services after Haip has updated these Terms, you are agreeing to all the updated Terms; if you do not agree with any of the updated Terms, you must stop using the services. Disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit users from having a positive experience with the App services. Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper or other automated means to access the Services or extract data. Post or share Submissions that contain pornography or graphic violence. Post or share Submissions that violate any third party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity or any other intellectual property or proprietary right. Post or share any image or language that is obscene, vulgar or offensive or that threatens, disparages or demeans any individual or group. Buy or sell handles or in any way offer anything in exchange for any compensation within the app or the app itself. Use the app for any activity that violates the terms in this document. Use the app if you are under 18 years old of age. Use offensive language. Post or share another individual’s private information without their express authorization and permission to do so. Engage in any Defame, abuse, bully, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others. Compromise the security of the Service. Share any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials.
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all information and screens appearing through and within the services, including documents, site design, text, graphics, logos, images and icons, as well as the arrangement thereof, are licensed to or property of Haip. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Except as otherwise required or limited by applicable law, any reproduction, distribution, modification, retransmission, or publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of the copyright owner or license.
If any of these Terms is found to be inconsistent with applicable law, then such term shall be interpreted to reflect the intentions of the parties, and no other terms will be modified. Haip failure to enforce any of these Terms is not a waiver of such term. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Haip and supersede all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions or agreements between you and Haip about this Service. The proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, representations made by you, indemnities, limitations of liability and general provisions shall survive any termination of these Terms.
If you send or transmit any communications, comments, questions, suggestions, or related materials regarding Haip or the Services, whether by email otherwise (collectively, “Feedback”), such Feedback is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You hereby assign all right, title, and interest in, and Haip is free to use, without any attribution or compensation to you, any and all Feedback for any purpose whatsoever. You understand and agree that Haip is not obligated to use, display, reproduce, or distribute any such ideas, know-how, concepts, or techniques contained in the Feedback, and you have no right to compel such use, display, reproduction, or distribution.
Haip cannot and is not responsible for what content users share. By using the services you agree to take full responsibility for the content you publish to the app. If you do see content that violates the terms, you as a Haip user may and should report such content and/or contact us directly at support@haip-app.com
Haip service and its content available and included to you with and within the service are provided without any warranties. Haip is not liable for any loss of data, errors or imperfections. The service does not guarantee or warrant that the service will be secure and that no virus and or malware could come from the services. However we always strive to keep the service secure.
HAIP, FOR ITSELF AND ITS LICENSORS, MAKES NO EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SERVICE, OR ANY MATERIALS RELATING TO THE QUALITY, SUITABILITY, TRUTH, ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION OR MATERIAL CONTAINED OR PRESENTED ON THIS SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE MATERIALS. UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPLICITLY STATED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS SITE AND MATERIALS CONTAINED OR PRESENTED ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE” AND “WHERE-IS” BASIS WITH NO WARRANTY OF IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. Haip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, onsequential, special, economic or punitive damages whether incurred directly or indirectly (including loss of data, revenue, profits, use or other economic advantage). Haip is not liable for any damages from your usage, displaying, copying or downloading of and from Haip. You take full responsibility for the use of Haip services. If you do not comply or agree with the Haip services you are responsible for not using the services.
Haip controls and operates the Services from Sweden and the Services may not be appropriate or available for use in other locations. You are responsible for following applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to laws and regulations regarding the transmission of technical data exported from Sweden or the country in which you reside. These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with Swedish law, any dispute between you and Haip relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden only.
Haip is free of charge but may in the future have in app purchases and/or ads.
